Google Analytics
If you accept analytics, this site may load Google Analytics using measurement ID G-89T18ZF8GG. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive technical usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from network information, device or browser characteristics, referrer information and interaction events. We do not intentionally send form names, email addresses or telephone numbers to Google Analytics.
Brevo website activity tracking
If you accept analytics, the Brevo Tracker may record page visits, property-interest events, searches and repeat visits using a browser visitor identifier. When you later identify yourself through an enquiry or supported communication flow, Brevo can associate that prior website activity with your contact so Pattaya Realty can understand the enquiry journey and relevant property interests.
Pattaya Realty also stores a random first-party journey identifier after analytics consent to preserve first-touch and repeat-visit attribution. It is not created when analytics consent is unavailable, and our consent controls remove this local journey state and the accessible Brevo visitor cookie if you switch back to necessary-only cookies.
Chat, forms and third-party services
Property enquiry forms and Brevo Conversations chat may process information you actively provide so that Pattaya Realty can respond to your request. Communications functionality is separate from optional analytics where practicable; declining analytics does not prevent you from contacting Pattaya Realty through the website.
How to change your choice
Use the “Cookie settings” control in the footer at any time. You can switch between necessary-only and analytics consent. If you withdraw analytics consent, the website disables further GA event calls and removes accessible GA, Brevo visitor and Pattaya Realty journey identifiers from this site. You can also use your browser settings to delete or block cookies, although blocking necessary storage may affect some site functions.
